Il Giardino Romano

An Italian heart beats right here in Geneva: Il Giardino Romano has been serving up delicious traditional dishes using top-quality ingredients for decades. The owner, who comes from Sardinia, has a wine list featuring, of course, wines from his island and from the Italian peninsula, but he is also a fan of local produce and serves dishes with lentils or Genevan cardoons (a type of spiny artichoke) with a “touch” of Italy (such as tomatoes). He also “exhibits” some local Genevan specialities in the restaurant to promote regional delicacies.
