At the heart of Pâquis, which could be seen as Geneva’s “Chinatown”, this Vietnamese restaurant has been serving 100% Vietnamese cuisine since 2008. “Cho Lon” is the name of Chinatown in Old Saigon, where there is also a large market. The establishment’s decoration recalls a Vietnamese street with its porticos. The restaurant welcomes local residents, Asian students from the entire Swiss region around Lake Geneva who are looking for a taste of home, and workers from “international” Geneva.
Just a tip for connoisseurs: don’t hesitate to ask for the “real” “Imperial Soup” with a pig trotter - although this is not on the menu, the restaurant would be delighted to rustle it up especially for you!
